Mixed Media. 34.5cm x 30cm. 2006 A piece of work that makes a lovely present to commemorate the birth of a newborn. An artwork to display happy memories. Using items associated with the new arrival a piece of work can be designed specially to capture the first precious moments. Keepsakes could include hospital baby bangle, birth certificate, cards and wrapping papers. A specially chosen photograph of the new born baby. First teddy, socks, baby hat, bottle, dummy or hat can be photographed and included in the work.
This piece was created on paper using a collage method with ribbons, animal characters, wrapping papers and a photograph of the beautiful baby. A bright happy and colourful piece of work to display and treasure forever.
